I would like to express✨ENORMOUS✨thanks to my amazing yoga teacher Faye Riches and Same Star Yoga studio in Dedham and EVERYONE who came (and couldn’t come but donated 🙏🏻💛) to the Karma Yoga fundraiser event! It was a beautiful heart-based afternoon, which raised an extra £300 for St Helena Hospice!

This event bought me one step closer to realising my dream of running and hosting experiences that add lasting bliss and happiness to the lives of others.  Again, thank you to everyone who came to enjoy the day.
